đ Whatâs On in Burton This Week
Itâs a jam-packed weekend in Burton, with live music booming from almost every corner of town. From indie acoustic sets to full-throttle tributes (yes, even Eminemâs getting a look-in), thereâs something to suit every taste - and tempo. Sunshine on Leith continues at The Brewhouse, karaokeâs going strong in the pubs, and even the ghost hunters are out and about in Swadlincote.
Fancy something a bit more laid-back? Heritage Day at St Peterâs Church, the Rosliston Brick Show, and Uttoxeterâs antique fair are all excellent shouts. Meanwhile, little ones (and teddy bears) can enjoy a picnic by the Riverside Miniature Railway, and Swadlincoteâs Antiques in the Street brings a bit of treasure hunting to your Sunday stroll.
