Thereafter the prices are as follows: £28/month - one live class per week £38/month - one live class and one streamed & recorded class per week £48/month - two live classes and one streamed & recorded class per week If you are unable to make a class during a month you can attend a different class in the same week or the following week as a second class. Small Group Pilates Classes. With a Twist! These are welcoming and friendly Pilates classes of just 8-10 people. Focusing on functional movement for daily life, rather than perfecting moves that are only used in the classes. Great for those with grumpy or niggly bodies who would like more guidance than a large class can provide.
