I've been running Pregnancy Yoga Classes, Birthing Workshops, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes in the area for over 14 years. I love being able to use the tools of yoga and relaxation to help mums-to-be feel comfortable in their pregnancies. I've learned some great techniques over the years to help make natural birth quicker and easier. And the Baby Classes are my favourites - I love to hear them giggle at the songs, massages and movements. Come along and enjoy!
