I founded Lisa Satchwell Energetics in 2012. A qualified therapist, and one of the top in the country for clinical massage, I have worked all over the world and trained in a variety of specialist treatments to offer a unique approach to chronic and acute pain. “My passion is helping people to live pain free. In seeing clients regain their health and vitality and live their life to the full again,” says Lisa. Starting her career in Australia where she originally qualified she returned to the UK in 2011 to continue in her thirst for learning and recently graduated with a distinction in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage at the JING Institute of Advanced Massage Training in Brighton.

Specialising in Functional Recovery Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Cupping Therapy. I help clients reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and relieve common issues such as tight shoulders, neck pain, lower back discomfort, and heavy legs. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on long-term recovery, better movement, and overall wellbeing in a private one-to-one setting.

Our expert team listen, diagnose, advise and treat and put patients in the centre of what we do. We work with you to develop a plan individual to you. This may include manual/hands on treatments and a tailored exercise programme that will fit in with your life. Your input into this plan is vital and we expect that you will have plenty of questions we are happy to answer. We will make sure you know exactly how to do the exercises in you plan and why you are doing them. We each have areas of specialism so whether your problem is headaches, back or jaw pain, knee injury, arthritis, women’s health, scar healing, neurological rehab or you’re looking for acupuncture or shockwave therapy, we can pair you up with the most appropriate physio.
