Our expert team listen, diagnose, advise and treat and put patients in the centre of what we do. We work with you to develop a plan individual to you. This may include manual/hands on treatments and a tailored exercise programme that will fit in with your life. Your input into this plan is vital and we expect that you will have plenty of questions we are happy to answer. We will make sure you know exactly how to do the exercises in you plan and why you are doing them. We each have areas of specialism so whether your problem is headaches, back or jaw pain, knee injury, arthritis, women’s health, scar healing, neurological rehab or you’re looking for acupuncture or shockwave therapy, we can pair you up with the most appropriate physio.
