I'm a passionate about mental health and well-being, and I find joy in empowering individuals to find their path to balance, happiness and harmony through understanding and breaking self-limiting belief systems and releasing repressed emotions and energy entanglements. I am a certified Clinical and Spiritual Hypnotherapist & NLP Master Coach and Practitioner, Reiki master teacher, Certified Havening, EFT, BWRT Practitioner, Psyc-K facilitator, Crystal Healer, Sound Healing practitioner and Yoga teacher. I have a client centred, integrated approach in the sense that according to the client issue, state and attitude, I use what I intuitively feel to be the right tool in that moment.
