Our team of dedicated teachers offer a variety of Yoga, Pilates and fitness classes, from gentle beginners, stretch and meditation, through to Hot Yoga, Strong Vinyasa and a variety of Reformer Pilates from foundation to all levels. In addition, we offer an exceptional 18 metre heated swimming pool with sauna over a timetable from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This timetable includes adult only sessions and all ages sessions with up to maximum numbers of 8 people.
