We know the importance of stretching,so we have also a flex sessions. For heaps of fun, come and experience Hen Nights, Birthdays and our Party Packages weather you’re looking for an afternoon activity or something to kick start your evening. HIRE our VENUE for your special occasion, poles are removed! More over we have The Beauty Rooms on the side that offers a wide range of Aesthtic Treatments with our RGN, also we offer massage, manicure & pedicure.
