The Lyric Rooms

A small and peaceful touring Caravan and Motorhome site, set in grounds of a 19th century Georgian farm house on the edge of the National Forest. The farm also has amenities to hosts small events, glamping and weddings. The farm no longer offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation

The Hall is Grade 1 listed and its state rooms provide an unrivalled backdrop to a limited number of weddings each year. The 2000-acre Staunton Harold Estate is privately owned and family run which means that every wedding is a special occasion for all concerned and we can tailor the day to accommodate your requirements and wedding wish list.

The Riding School is a Grade II listed wedding venue nestled within the National Trust's Calke Abbey estate and sitting on 600 acres of picturesque Derbyshire parkland. Lovingly managed by Ivy House Weddings it makes for the perfect wedding venue. With it's bare brick walls, exposed oak beams and stunning original windows that allow the natural light to pierce through, we believe that the Riding School is a truly unique wedding venue that suits every couple and their style.
