I am an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, specialising in chronic musculoskeletal pain using many different massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release acupressure and stretches which may assist the bodies healing process. I work in partnership with the client to achieve the agreed outcome over a period of time helping the client to understand how to manage their pain. I am also a Guided Meditation Leader providing guided imagery for groups or individuals, helping clients to relax and access their own healing power.
