MC Kickboxing & Fitness UK is a world-class kickboxing club run and Owned by Mark Cowl and an awesome team of instructors. We are based in Measham, Swadlincote. The club has a great family feel and it is a place where people can come and challenge themselves, whilst being pushed and our instructors will help students to achieve things they never thought possible. We have an excellent group of highly dedicated, enthusiastic and talented instructors who are always available to help you or your child in all aspects of training. Fitness levels, discipline, confidence and great friendships are all built at MC. You’ll have fun whilst achieving your goals, from general fitness and self-defence and if you should so desire, competition fighting.
