We are a Family run Martial Arts School in Burton on Trent with 30+yrs experience. Offering various styles including Karate, Kickboxing, Fitness Training & our 'POWerful Words' Character Education & Life Skills program for Children. Age Groups are 3-4yrs, 5-11yrs, Adults & Family Classes where you can train together. Our goal is to improve the lives of all our students by building confidence, self discipline, physical fitness & mental strength in a safe, friendly & welcoming environment.
