I have been known to live in the gyms that I work at, if I’m not in a gym, I am at home or on a badminton court. I have helped people lose weight, gain confidence by helping them get strong physically and mentally. My main passion is helping people play better at their sports and getting rid of any niggles and pains to improve their quality of life. I have helped people from all walks of life, from general public to Olympic athletes. If you want help at outperforming yourself, give me a shout.
