Taohua is a Contemporary Chinese Bar and Restaurant situated in the heart of Burton-on-Trent. The Name ‘Taohua’ [Pronunciation: “Tau-Hwah”] translates directly as Cherry Blossom and is representative of the unique style of the Restaurant. Quality is key at Taohua. We have kept a simplified menu to try and uphold the high standards of our kitchen. Our Kitchen team are passionate about fusing traditional flavours with modern methods and the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. We host an extensive range of wines, spirits and cocktails and also have many specially selected Chinese alcohols exported directly from Asia, creating a new and innovative cocktail experience in Burton.
